Basil Pesto, Yellow Pesto and Red Pesto are excellent pasta sauces, and it is great also on toasted bread for tasty appetizers.

Yellow pesto also pairs greatly with white meat. Try adding it while cooking: the meat will absorb the full flavour of the sauce.

Red Pesto pairs well with roast beef.

To use a Mariangela Prunotto pesto with pasta, dilute it with a little of the water used to cook the pasta before mixing; then pour it on the drained pasta and mix well. It will take 2 or 3 teaspoons of pesto per person. If desired, add a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil.

    I have tried the red pesto sauce from same brand and it was delicious. This format allows you to try the other versions that are even better. the three of them are good as pasta topping or with salad
