R: Yes, of course. The Gustorotondo Online Store ships to the following Countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK.

Shipments cannot be made to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway, the Canary Islands, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Gibraltar, Aland Islands, Channel Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Livigno and Campione d’Italia.

Delivery within Europe takes:

  • between 2 and 3 working days with Express Delivery Services;
  • between 6 and 7 working days with Standard Delivery Services.

R: We deliver our products with DHL Express for Food, the DHL specialized service for food transport. The service, specifically:

  • Gives priority to the delivery of food products;
  • Operates in accordance with the current health and hygiene regulations, and based on the HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

D: How does the Gustorotondo Gift Boxes look like?

R: The Gustorotondo Gift Boxes are elegant boxes with Gustorotondo logo. The products inside are well protected with paper (we do not use plastic bubble rap) and adorned with ribbons, to create a memorable unboxing experience. You can also send a message with your Gift Box. Type it in the Gift Box product page; we’ll print it and we’ll place it inside the Gift Box.

D: When will I receive my order?

R: Once your order is confirmed, it is usually packed and handed to courier within 1 working day. From the day it has been handed to courier:

  • if you opted for the Standard Delivery Services, delivery usually takes between 6 and 7 working days;
