Agricola del Sole cultivates patches of land scattered in the endless spaces of the enchanting Murge district whose climate, influenced by the sea currents and mountain airstreams, is typically Mediterranean.
Orecchiette are one of the symbols of Apulia cooking tradition.
The Wholemeal Orecchiette are produced with durum wheat semolina and wholemeal durum wheat semolina, and are slowly dried.
Traditionally paired with turnip greens, thanks to their typical concave shape the orecchiette can hold all kind of seasonings.
