De Carlo has been a family run company for generations, growing olive trees in Puglia (the heel of the boot) since XVII Century. Alongside its extra vergin oil production, the De Carlo family produces with passion vegetables preserved in extra-virgin olive oil. The vegetables are processed within 24 hours from harvesting, to offer all the taste and texture of fresh vegetables. The ‘Pomodorini semi-dried’ ares made by semi-drying the best cherry tomatoes. Try them with aperitif, as starters, or as topping for a home-made pizza. They are delicious on them own or with fresh cheeses such as ‘burrata’ or ‘ricotta’.

    Super yummy! Great to eat with salads or with ‘bruschette’.
    Shipping was very fast and arrived before the expected day.

    Not a big fan of dried tomatoes but this semi-dried recipe is excellent. They are good alone or with pasta. I have followed the instructions on the jar and used the oil for salads (i used to throw it away before!!!) and it really makes the difference.
    Giving 4 starts because I would like to have a bigger format available
