Alongside its extra vergin oil production, the De Carlo family produces with passion vegetables preserved in extra-virgin olive oil. The vegetables are processed within 24 hours from harvesting, to offer all the taste and texture of fresh vegetables. The ‘Pomodorini semi-dried’ ares made by semi-drying the best cherry tomatoes. Try them with aperitif, as starters, or as topping for a home-made pizza. They are delicious on them own or with fresh cheeses such as ‘burrata’ or ‘ricotta’.
