Born in Piemonte, near Alessandria, at the beginning of the 20th Century, Giraudi is an artisanal company famous for the high quality handcrafted chocolate.
Today the company is run by Giacomo Boidi, nephew of the chocolatier Giraudi, together with family members and other passionate persons.
The Mix for Classical Chocolate is a blend of precious cocoas, with natural thickeners and pure vanilla of Madagascar. Easy to prepare, it’s a delicious dessert
INGREDIENTS
Sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder 22/24, cocoa mass 100% (cocoa beans), pure white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder; emulsifier: soya lecithin; vanilla natural aroma. Cocoa min. 31,3%), corn starch, agar-agar, carob flour, guar flour, pure vanilla extract powder.
ALLERGENS: may contain traces of nuts, egg, sesame, gluten, peanuts.
