A UNIQUE HARE RAGÙ

The hare ragù I Selvatici is a unique ragù.
It is produced with 65% hare meat and other selected ingredients: extra virgin olive oil from the hills near Pisa, salt from the Volterra salt pans, Italian tomato.
The ragù is carefully produced artisanally: lightly browned onions, garlic and herbs in extra virgin olive oil and other natural ingredients; long slow cooking, adding finely chopped tomatoes.
