Description

THE MOUNTAINS, THE SUN, THE APPLES

In the ‘Maso frutticolo Troidner’, at over 900 metres above sea-level, Thomas Kohl cultivates mountain apples and produces, with high-quality criteria, single variety juices (i.e. made from one type of apple) and cuvées created by blending mountain apple juices with their perfect partners: berries, other fruits or vegetables.

The apples are hand-picked from August and October, depending on the variety and on the sun.
The apples are pressed with the greatest of care, and the juices are not filtered. The natural sediments contain valuable vitamins and fibre and may settle at the bottom of the bottle.

RUBINETTE MOUNTAIN APPLE JUICE

Light yellow in colour, Rubinette is a full-flavoured apple juice, fresh and elegant.

Small to medium-sized, yellowish green, usually with some redness on the sunny side, Rubinette has a firm crisp flesh and is very juicy.
The variety combines the best from both parental lines: sweetness from the maternal line, namely Golden Delicious, an old-established American family, and taste from the paternal line, namely Cox Orange, an ancient English house.

Serving temperature: 8 –12°C.
Especially recommended with asparagus, grilled vegetables, fish.

This juice have a very pleasant and refreshing flavours perfect for a summer afternoon. It does not contain all the additives that regular bottled juices have.

The bottle is very elegant so it can be added to your dinner table 🙂
