Beautiful olive groves and vineyards

Cavaion Veronese is an ancient small municipality located about 20 kilometers northwest of Verona, between Lake Garda and the Adige river.

The Naiano Estate (Tenuta di Naiano) is located in this hilly area and is surrounded by innumerable vineyards (30 hectares) and olive groves (5 hectares).

A beautiful hill rises on his background, allowing visitors to appreciate a suggestive panorama on the typical, coloured landscape of the Lake Garda.

Three generations of passion, creativity and care

In 1939 the commander Giuseppe Bellora bought the land that today is the Naiano Estate. Giuseppe Bellora had a deep passion for the country life and for the products that the land offers.

His passions gave birth to high quality wines, oil and vinegar, with a strong link to the territory.

Mr. Gianni Bellora carried on the leadership of his father and focused himself to find the best way to improve the fermentation and wine making techniques.
He invested a lot in vineyards and in new cellar technologies, with the aim of making Naiano one of the most well known producers of Classic Bardolino, the jewel in Naiano’s crown since the beginning.

Dr. Tommaso Bellora, Gianni’s son, represents the third generation of the family.

Tommaso has been studying and developing for many years wine and oil marketing and sales in Italy and mostly in foreign countries.
Thanks to his growing passion linked to a strong creativity, Tommaso recently started producing new high quality wine labels like Amarone, Nepitello in its latest Ripasso’s dimension, the red elegant and well structured venetian Gianni Bellora, Valpolicella Superiore and Soave.

Safeguarding the environment

The Belloras always worked their own land with deep passion and love passed down through generations, protecting the environment and standing for a sustainable agriculture.

To safeguard the environment, Bellora endorses traditional techniques, like organic fertilization.

The result is a beautiful landscape, with vineyards and olive groves well integrated with fields and local fauna.

A superior category Garda EVO Oil

During November and December the olives – cultivar casaliva, frantoio and leccino – are harvested with care and transported to the olive oil mill.

The olives are cold pressed with a traditional stone mill – no heat or chemical treatments applied at all – on the same day they are harvested, to preserve their nutritional and organoleptic properties.

The result is a Superior Category Extra Virgin Olive Oil with low acidity (never more than 0.5%).

Intense green in colour with golden yellow highlights, it is fragrant and mild, with a light almond aftertaste.
Its mild and harmonious taste makes the Bellora Tenuta di Naiano Extra Virgin Oil a great companion of fish, salads and soups.

From Bardolino wine, a mild and harmonious vinegar

The Bellora Tenuta di Naiano vinegar is obtained with a slow process of fermentation from a particular selection of Bardolino, the red wine typically produced in the area with Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes.
The vinegar is aged in oak barrels until the right level of acidity is reached.

Clear pink in colour, with intense aroma, the vinegar is mild and harmonious, with a particular fragrance due to the wood where the vinegar is aged.

Due to the balanced acidity, the Bellora vinegar is perfect for daily kitchen uses. It is ideal for dressing salads and raw or cooked vegetables.
