ANCIENT FLAVOURS IN AN ORIGINAL RECIPE

Agricola del Sole cultivates patches of land scattered in the endless spaces of the enchanting Murge district whose climate, influenced by the sea currents and mountain airstreams, is typically Mediterranean.

Original due to the ingredients and their shape, the Chianchette are inspired by the Chianche, flat stones used to build dry stone walls, typical of the Murgian landscape.
The durum wheat semolin gives the Chianchette a crunchy texture, and the wild fennel gives them a pleasantly spicy taste.

The Chianchette are excellent with aperitif and to prepare delicious appetizers pairing with cheese, cold cuts and grilled vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

Remilled durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, salt, wild fennel. Contains gluten and sulphites.
