The goodness of the tarallini, typical of the tradition of Apulia, takes root in simple ingredients, delicate flavour and a pleasently friable texture.
Agricola del Sole added a secret to the traditional recipe: durum wheat semolina, which gives the tarallini their special friability.
Excellent as appetizer – try them with cheese or with vegetables preserved in oil! – they are perfect when paired with a glass of wine.
