A SPECIAL ARTICHOKE IN A SPECIAL EXTRA VIRGIN OIL

Alongside its extra vergin oil production, the De Carlo family produces with passion vegetables preserved in extra-virgin olive oil. The vegetables are processed within 24 hours from harvesting, to offer all the taste and texture of fresh vegetables.
The Violetto di Brindisi is a typical artichoke from Puglia. Its name, ‘Violetto’, derives from its violet leaves.
Try them with aperitif, as starters or in sandwiches.
Delicious on them own and with meat or fish, they are also suitable for use in risottos, pasta and pasta sauces.
