Description

CRISPY AND VERY TASTY OLIVES

De Carlo has been a family run company for generations, growing olive trees in Puglia (the heel of the boot) since XVII Century.

Alongside its extra virgin oil production, the De Carlo family produces with passion Olives in brine, mainly using olives that come from the olive groves on their own farm.

The ‘Termite di Bitetto’ variety is typical from Apulia. Named after the small town of Bitetto, it has round shape and roseate colour, and it’s famous for the sweet flavour and for the compact and crisp pulp.

Excellent for cocktails, antipasti and tasty snacks at any time of the day, they are perfect for recipes of meat and fish.

Lovely olives. There are bigger than regular olives but also very tasty. The only downside is that I love them so much that I usually finish the whole jar before adding them to my dish 🙂

Lovely big olives with authentic Italian flavour. Good to be eaten alone or to add to your drink
