The Tomato, Artichoke and Ricotta Sauce is a delicious ready pasta sauce prepared with passion, made from typical chopped tomatoes from Puglia, “Violetto di Brindisi” artichokes, cow’s milk ricotta and sheep’s milk ricotta typical of the Murgia Barese area.
The Sauce is perfect for making delicious pasta dishes in only 5 minutes. Just pour the contents of the jar onto the hot pasta, dress with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and serve.
Suitable for approximately 250 g or 300 g of pasta.
