Azienda Agricola Festinalente (Festinalente Farm) practices Nomadic Beekeeping, with Organic Farming U.E. Certification, in the ‘Grigna Settentrionale Regional Park’, near Lecco, where the mountains of the Como Lake make a beautiful background for the work of the bees.

It is a small, excellent reality, several times award winning at the the ‘Grandi mieli d’Italia’ (‘Great Italian Honey’) contest – the contest, organized by the National Observatory on Honey, is the most qualified and most prestigious competition on the quality of Italian honey -.

Festinalente Linden honey is produced on wild linden of the Alps.
It is medium-sweet with a fresh, almost minty scent. The aroma is really persistent, with the possible endurance of an after-taste due to the entourage flora.
Linden Honey is a very good natural sweetener for teas, herbal teas and infusions, and it is great drizzled over fruit, scones, toast and more.
Linden Honey is also a natural remedy for colds, cough and sore throats.

Festinalente honey is raw: any form of heating is avoided to ensure all the natural nutritional elements are preserved. Because of this, it may naturally crystallize.
