Born in Piemonte, near Alessandria, at the beginning of the 20th Century, Giraudi is an artisan company famous for the high quality handcrafted chocolate.
Today the company is run by Giacomo Boidi, nephew of the chocolatier Giraudi, together with family members and other passionate persons.

The Giraudi Carré and Rondò pralines are unique creations made with fine chocolate and decorated by hand.

Milk chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, powdered whole milk, cocoa paste; emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavour. Min cocoa: 36%

Dark chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter; emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavour. Min cocoa: 61%

Blond chocolate: cocoa butter, sugar, powdered whole milk, low-fat powdered milk, whey of milk, butter; emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla abstract. Cocoa min: 32%

White chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, powdered whole milk; emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavour. Cocoa min: 31,3%
