Born in Piemonte, near Alessandria, at the beginning of the 20th Century, Giraudi is an artisan company, awarded at the International Chocolate Awards, famous for the high-quality handcrafted chocolate.
Today the company is run by Giacomo Boidi, nephew of the chocolatier Giraudi, together with family members and other passionate persons.
Giacometta Dark Chocolate is a fine hazelnut spreadable cream made with a very high Piedmont hazelnuts percentage (50%) and high-quality cocoa.
It doesn’t contain any added oil, fat or flavours. The simplicity of the ingredients and the wise craftsmanship make the Giacometta a spreadable cream very close to perfection.
Taste it on a slice of bread, or use it to make delicious cakes.
Toasted Piedmont hazelnuts IGP (50%), cane sugar, low-fat cocoa powder.
