I Selvatici meat ragù is produced with as much as 55% of adult veal and high-quality selected raw materials: salt from the salt pans of Volterra, extra virgin olive oil from the Tuscan hills Pieve di Santa Luce, Italian tomatoes.
The meat sauce I Selvatici is produced artisanally with care: a very light browning of onion, garlic, rosemary and sage followed by slow cooking (about 5 hours and a half) adding Italian tomatoes, according to the Tuscan tradition.
