The wild boar ragù ‘I Selvatici’ is a unique ragù.
It is produced with 65% of wild boar meat and other selected ingredients: extra virgin olive oil from the hills near Pisa, salt from the Volterra salt pans, Italian tomato.
The ragù is produced artisanally: lightly browned onions, garlic and herbs in extra virgin olive oil and other natural ingredients; long slow cooking, adding finely chopped tomatoes.
The wild boar ragù is great for seasoning pasta – just pour it over hot pasta – and over toasted bread.
