The Toasted Wheat Orecchiette are produced with toasted durum wheat semolina and durum wheat semolina, and are slowly dried.
Traditionally paired with turnip greens, thanks to their typical concave shape the orecchiette can hold all kind of seasonings. Try them also with a little extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano to taste their special flavour.
