  • 600 g of chicken breast
  • 4 teaspoons of curry
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 50 g of 00 flour
  • 50 g of onion
  • Fresh chilli to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • 3 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

To prepare the recipe, follow these simple steps:

  1. Dice the chicken breast and cut the onion into thin slices.
  2. Put the flour in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of salt and 3 teaspoons of curry.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and make the preparation stick to it.
  4. Take a pan, pour a little extra virgin olive oil and put the onion to brown together with a few pieces of chili.
  5. Add the chicken and brown it for about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the the remaining curry powder and the remaining flour in the milk, and stir. Put the milk with flour and curry into the pan, and cook for about 15 minutes. Mix well. Add some more milk if needed.
  7. Turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Let the curry chicken rest for about ten minutes. Add a little chopped parsley and, if you want, a few pieces of chili pepper.

Method

To prepare the recipe with yogurt, follow these simple steps:

  1. Put in a bowl a little extra virgin olive oil, the juice of the squeezed lemon, 2 teaspoons of curry, pepper and salt. Mix well,
  2. Dice the chicken and put it in the bowl together with the other ingredients.
  3. Leave the chicken marinating for about an hour.
  4. Take a pan, heat it up and sauté the chicken. After browning, let it cook for about 15 minutes
  5. While the chicken is cooking, take a bowl and pour the yogurt and 2 teaspoons of curry.
  6. When the chicken is cooked, add the yogurt and curry sauce and mix.

CURRY CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES

Curry chicken with vegetables is a nutritious and tasty recipe. Let’s see ingredients and method.

Curry chicken with vegetables ingredients for 4 persons

  • Chicken breast 600 g
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 250 g onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 200 g carrots
  • 4 teaspoons of curry
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Dice the chicken breast, eliminating the part of cartilage that is in the middle of it.
  • Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions, and crush the garlic.
  • Peel and dice zucchini and carrots.
  • Dice the tomatoes.
  • Prepare the vegetable broth.
  • Take a pan, and pour a little extra virgin olive oil. Heat the oil, and add the onions and garlic. Make them brown lightly, then add a little broth. Leave on the heat for about 10 minutes, then add the chicken.
  • Let the chicken cook for about 10 minutes, then add 2 teaspoons of curry.
  • Add zucchini, carrots and tomatoes. Pour the broth to cover the ingredients.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes. While the ingredients are cooking, add the other half of the curry and season with salt.
